Millions of taxi rides. Millions of forgotten names. Driving a taxi might be one of the most human jobs out there. And one of the most thankless.
So we made one small upgrade. We swapped the “TAXI” sign for the driver’s name—putting identity back in the driver’s seat. What was once just a ride became a human interaction.
Turns out, a name changes everything.
